The property had water stains on the carpet and window blind. The toilet was stained and unclean. The room had an awful smell.The bedsheets were yellowy white and looked old and unclean. The towels were grey white and looked old and stained. Overall not a pleasant stay. I have photos if needed.

On street parking only. My partner felt uneasy the moment we arrived and even more once we entered the building and the room. We left immediately and chose to find another motel closer.

Was desperate for somewhere to stay in Newcastle so booked this room. What a mistake! Had trouble checking in because it was a self-check in (on the mobile), then realized that there is no reception on-site! Had to follow instructions just to get into my room. Inside the room was very basic. There was only one fly screen on the windows and the top of the toilet was cracked and shabby. In today's society where everything is reviewed by people like me, I don't know how this place stays in business! Avoid if at all possible!

Not much at all. Extremely noisy and dirty and the room absolutely stunk.
We opened the fridge and the smell was disgusting.
