The room was very uncomfortable because it was very stinky and full of ants and the carpet was wet and when I tried to check out two days early because I couldn't stand the smell and the ants all over my stuff and my socks getting wet every time I touched the carpet the OWNER was unable to check me out and give my money back for the two days I was cancelled because it was gross

Sheets had stains on them, employee seemed inconvenienced when I asked for different room that had a working AC. Room smelled like mildew.

Our first room had stained sheets on both beds, broken bathroom floor tile and mold growing in the tub drain. Then the smoke alarm suddenly went off for no reason. Moved to a new room but had to utilize a sleeper sofa as second bed. And no elevator in facilities.

Bad representation
Keep driving. Terrible condition and so dirty. Mold on walls, broken windows, nayhroom was in shambles. We booked this room for a badic place to crash and sleep after a vendor show based off of pictures. We walked in a the mold smell was overwhelming. The front desk lady was so kind and understanding when we asked for our money back.
We were lucky to have found another place to stay 30 minutes away.

The room I was first put into had a literal sh!t stain on the quilt The pillow was covered in hair and when I pulled back the sheet there were BED BUG DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE. I asked for a new room I did not realized it was bed bugs at first. This one looked slightly better even though the door did NOT LOCK and the wall art was broken and hanging. BUT then I moved the pillow and I realized.. THEY WERE BED BUGS. The front desk attendant informed me that 'all hotels have bed bugs' I have traveled for work for 15 years and have NEVER gotten a room with BED BUGS. This was the most disgusting hour I've spent at any hotel property ever. It should be burnt to the ground. DISGUSTING. I used points for this room and I expect to have all of my points FULLY RETURNED. Not that I intend to stay in your chain again anytime soon. I left the hotel immediately.

For a place to sleep it was fine. Owner needs to spend some money cleaning up the exterior. And breakfast was poor (no stock, out of order, etc)
