麻陽酒店旅館有個特點，衹要你入住，不管住多少天都按第一天價格算，所以朋友們，如果有事多住，第一天就把價談好，不然前台老闆娘很會演戲，一會找主管一會找經理的，其實就她自己説了算。另外每間房都有點問題，有的沒紗窗蚊子多，有的水壓小沒法洗澡洗衣，有的衞生間沒換氣拉完臭而且樓下裝修很吵

非常吵，對面汽車站，大車來回出入高音喇叭響個不停，樓下餐館剛開始裝修，砸牆電鑽運建築垃圾而且佔著電梯，沒紗窗蚊子多，半夜機車飆車到凌晨
