Visitamos el Hotel Mayagüez Resort & ****** en Mayagüez para la fiesta de Despedida de Año 2024. El personal del hotel es muy atento y servicial. La actividad de Despedida de Año estuvo bien organizada. Aunque en sus ofrecimientos había una Batucada y nunca llegó. El Hotel en general esta bastante limpio. que el hotel lleva muchos años de construido. Lamentablemente las habitaciones del edificio principal necesitan urgentemente una remodelación urgente. El baño es muy pequeño, la bañera es muy incomoda, el área del lavado es muy bajito y por los años se ve sucio. El cuarto carece de una buena iluminación. Las tollas necesitan cambiarlas con urgencia. Las camas son muy pequeñas y los mattress ya cumplieron su función hace mucho tiempo. El estacionamiento es bastante incomodo. Algunas personas que conocimos en el lugar hablaron muy bien de la torre nueva. Creo que es momento de remodelar las habitaciones del edificio principal.

Negativo: Check in - demasiado lento. Entusiasmada con las fotos pero nunca leí las opiniones y son ciertas. Nos tocaron dos habitaciones, con olor a humedad. Una de ellas, tenía la tubería del lavamanos botando agua y el piso del baño inundado, me tuvieron que cambiar a otra. Urge remodelar las alfombras, o necesitan un buen shampoo. El elevador para bajar a las piscinas dañando y hay que bajar y luego subir bastantes escalones. El jacuzzi con tierra y en dos días no lo pude usar. Problemas con el parking para entrar y salir. Positivo: Personal del restaurant bien cordiales. Bella decoración navideña. Excelentes piscinas.

No me gusto para nada el servicio y la limpieza pésima precio super elevado los empleados siempre de mal humor a la piscina no podías pasar nada ni siquiera merienda ya que soy una persona diabetica q parezco hipoglucemia igual que mi esposo teníamos q consumir lo que vendían ellos en el área de la piscina otra cosa el ascensor del área de la piscina no servía que le ocasionaba problema a las personas q tenían problemas con sus piernas

The Hotel was a Hilton years ago and still have that sense of luxurious from the past. Now have a new tower and new river pool with the old Olympic pool. It's very clean but a little bit outdated in some areas. Also have a new ******. For me, it's still the best hotel in the west. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The only thing, there's no beach and you have to take a car to get to it. But the west have multiple beaches nearby to choose. The river pool is very nice for all the family.

El servicio excelente, el desayuno, cena bufet me sorprendieron con la pizza artesanal la boricua ❤ y me gustó. El único detalle fue el odor a humedad, las mezcladoras del baño y el jacuzzi no funcionaba. Mi opinión fue 10/10 y regreso pronto. Pase un buen fin de semana donde me pude relajar muy bien y disfrute de la música en vivo que llevaron y cantan muy bien

La comida excelente y le doy 10/10 , muy serviciales , limpieza , servicio y un buen gusto y presentación de las comida , tiene excelente lugares para fotos paisajistas, las picinas me encantaron , no sera un lugar perfecto pero es un Excelente lugar para relajarse. yo como cliente hice mis criticas constructivas de cosas que podian mejorar pero lo hice con respeto ,démosle tiempo y apoyo moral , pero en lo personal mi dinero fue bien invertido y me encanto. En cuanto a las facilidades le doy 8/10..

Simplemente pagamos más de lo que vale. Por una bebé de 4 meses que no duerme en la cama con nosotros y no consume nada de comida pagamos casi $40 por noche. Adicionales a los casi $500 por el fin de semana. Sin contar que cambiamos la tarjeta de entrar y salir del parking. La peste a humedad por los pasillos y el matre apestaba y viejo. Las almohadas y sábanas no son nada blancas están amarillentas. El grifo de la bañera y la ducha goteando. El aire no enfriaba bien. En fin demasiado dinero para lo mucho que pagamos. Le doy 1/10

Let's start with the reception. No service culture, robots, no one smiled, or welcomed you. Lobby and hallways smelled like an old, non mantained place. Not very clean, dark. Room, TV didn't work, towels were filthy, the phone was dirty, the beds questionable comfort. We were just staying for a night, but even my grandson who's 6 said, we rather go home. So we did, checked out within an hour of check in. no one even asked the reason for a sudden check out, but I stated my concerns. Didn't offer excuses, alternatives or even a bottle of water for the inconveiences. When the receptionist told someone ( I believe the Manager), the only words that came from his mouth were: "They have to pay the night". they even charged us the parking! Well glad we left, our well-being is more important than a nights' fee. Never ever and will tell our story to everyone we meet!

Fuimos por primera vez. Una familia de 5 personas. Nos cobraron $223. Incluye combo de Hamburgers con papitas fritas y refresco. El servicio al cliente en el lobbie es excelente. Están dirigidos a orientar y ayudar al cliente. Sin embargo , las personas que están en ka entrada a la piscina y cotejar los bultos necesitan urgente adiestramiento sobre como tratar al cliente y como orientar lo de forma amable. Consideramos que el precio de $40 es muy alto por las facilidades que tienen. Debería ser como $20 por personas sin combo de Hamburgers etc. La persona q le interese comer que lo pague. Las facilidades de la piscina están limpia y con mucha seguridad de salvavidas. El personal de la cafetería excelente. En el río loco en varias ocasiones vimos las iguanas de palo dándose un baño en la piscina.
