Coral Cove Inn is the gem of the Placencia peninsula and Valesca makes it shine! Everything was perfect, quaint, comfortable with an 'at home' feeling all around! Perfect location, walking distance to great restaurants, best beach and most comfortable, inviting loungers in all of Belize! Valesca goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cater to your every need! Thank you Valesca for the welcome bottle of wine to celebrate, delivering hot pizza for dinner after our long excursion, providing bicycles to explore, keeping our ice bucket full, serving breakfast on the beach and assisting us to get cash in a pinch! Best service in all of Belize, hands down! My wife and I thank you for the phenomenal stay!

The location of coral cove is stunning, directly on the beach which is combed every day and lined with palm trees, just beautiful. Free kayak and bike hire is a great bonus, which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit basic and the only vegan breakfast option was fruit, but overall we loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

We are happy to add another positive review to this lovely relaxing hotel right on the beach and with sunrise and moon-rise views (a red moon showed up two nights during our stay). Maya Beach is a 25-minute drive north of the more touristy Placencia town but tour companies will collect you for no extra charge. Our room was compact, with amenities to add comfort, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are kayaks to take out and kid guests seemed thrilled by the pool and sea. We saw shore birds and one early morning 40 floating pelicans!

Serene beach stay
Awesome location on a pretty beach with surreal sunrises and moonrises. The location is quiet and restful. Our room was very practical with a small fridge, drinking water, and A/C.The shower was tiny with dismal water pressure. Breakfast was perfect for us. It consisted of some sweet bread, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and coffee with a tropical breeze and a wonderful view. We enjoyed the beach and took advantage of the free use of a kayak. The pool area was peaceful and lovely. The property manager, Valesca, epitomized great service. She went out of her way to make sure our needs were met and made us feel at home. We checked out this morning and I already miss it.

Val and staff were fantastic!! Great location, beautiful beach, peaceful tranquil evenings. I left there feeling totally refreshed! The breakfast is a bonus to wake up to.
