Enough cannot be said about the exceptional services I received at the Hilton Embassy Suites Kansas City Airport. This location is truly honoring the Hilton Worldwide International Values & Mission. Conrad Hilton would be proud! The entire facility was immaculate, and the customer service 2nd to none. I had the pleasure to be welcomed & assisted by Sabrina. He is a very dedicated, loyal, and intent on ensuring that the guest is highly satisfied. Providing all of the pertinent information for the best stay! I arrived late evening, but still able to enjoy the service, and facility. Although a refresh of the rooms would be nice, the stay is still extremely enjoyable. Each Team-Member is equally exceptional! I would certainly return for another stay. I felt very valued, appreciated, and cared for. This Presidential Suite is so luxurious, if you are flying out of nearby KCI you’ll be expecting the regal treatment to keep right up. It is so, so spacious — an enormous living room/kitchen/dining room table area that greets you as you enter (with an extra guest bathroom, sink and toilet right at the door). The wet bar also has plenty of counter space. Double doors close off your bedroom area, also giant. And wait until you see the bathroom: a raised jacuzzi tub, a long vanity area with counter/sink, then a separate closed door toilet area with more counter space and another sink. While the windows do not open, they provide terrific views from your 8th/top floor suite. Separate AC in each room. This is a very large hotel, over 300 rooms, but it runs smoothly — thanks to people like Devon on the Front Desk, who got us into our Presidential Suite with speed, efficiency and personality. There is a big fitness room (free weights, machines, lots of towels) on the ground floor, with indoor pool adjacent. Breakfast was made-to-order omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, fresh pineapple, breads and bagels. Plenty of seating room, too. Thank you so much to GM Suzie who helped us select our Presidential moment of luxury, her help was very appreciated!

Stayed here for Savannah Bananas. Rush of people trying to check in around 10 pm and only one person at the desk. The restaurant and pool were both closed by 10 on a Saturday night. They set the last batch of breakfast out at 930 and it quickly disappeared. The line for omelettes, bacon, sausage and pancakes was at least 30-45 minutes long with one person working the grill and a full hotel. There were a lot of people who didn’t get to eat. All of the fruit, potatoes, biscuits and gravy were gone by the time I got my omelette and they did not restock even though there was still a line of people. That is completely unacceptable. Our room was musty and the fridge was moldy and disgusting. I would not stay at this chain again, as this seems to be a recurring issue.
