This room is very large, even with a kitchen, a dishwasher, - all kitchen utensils, and a full-body refrigerator. It is a long-lived configuration. There is a 7100 yrd golf course nearby, you can ask the front desk to arrange for shuttles to be sent there and picked up. I rented a room at the airport temporarily when my flight was cancelled. Drop by to practice golf. The breakfast is good, not at the level of a big hotel. But good.

Our room was very clean when we arrived. Gym is open 24/7, pool is open until 10p. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed but enjoyed still having the pool. Always love having a kitchen in the room.

This place is disgusting! And Michelle at the front desk is a real “peach”. Bugs in the mattress and in the room, the bathroom sink is clogged with water, the front piece of the bathroom sink counter almost fell on my daughter. The tv in the living room doesn’t work. There is hair on the floor in the bathroom that is clearly not ours. The place smells like **** by the one set of elevators. I understand it’s legal here but this is a not smoking hotel and that should fall under where it should be done outside. I don’t think it was customers, it was coming from the laundry area where the employees are so pretty sure it’s the employees smoking in the hotel. The elevator and the stairway smells of rotten seafood. We called Michelle multiple times and was told there is no housekeeping, no maintenance, it’s booked up and the area, all the hotels are booked. When I asked Michele am I suppose to have my daughters sleeps on a mattress covered in bugs, she said yea sorry. Disgusting!! And no care. My husband and I have worked in the hotel industry a combined 10+ years. This is not how you’re suppose to do it. You get some cleaning stuff, you get to the room and clean it up or try to fix it. Offer a discount. Something. She did nothing. She could care less. I will be contacting the manager in the morning!!!

The moment my wife and I walked in through the front entrance, we were hit by an overwhelming odor of a cinnamon scented air freshener. As a result, I experienced a severe asthma attack and had to leave the building. Fortunately, I carry a portable nebulizer in our car, so I was able to avoid an ER visit. In all of our travels and all of our visits to Marriott hotels, we have never experienced such a severe threat to my respiratory health. I am appalled that any hotel manager would be sufficiently ignorant of environmental health concerns as to risk exposing guests with asthma, COPD, emphysema, or other respiratory diseases to such a potent chemical odor. This experience will make us reconsider any future plans to stay in any Marriott hotel.

We spent three nights at this property over fall break, and it was fine, nothing to gush about. There are edges of the doors that are falling apart, and the hallways were very strange - the carpet went up and down like a rollercoaster. The breakfast was terrible on Sunday (cold food, everything gone and not replaced) but was great on Monday and Tuesday. The weekdays were quiet, but there are traveling teams that stay here, so lots of kids running around screaming in the hallways on Saturday night. At the end of the day, I would totally stay here again during the week but not on the weekend. A high point was the girl who checked us in - she gave us a ton of area information, and I didn't even ask for it :-)

The hotel itself was okay. Nothing crazy to write home about. The hallway floors are very weirdly slanted so that was a bit odd. And the room had several stains in the bathroom but, I like the layout of these hotels. It's nice to have separate living spaces when on travel. My disappointment lay in one, the lobby staff although they appeared to be friendly and welcoming seemed to be just playing the part. The young girl who checked me in was nice and I engaged her just as enthusiastically but then later when I returned to the hotel it was like she had never seen me before. So any semblance of hospitality I felt, quickly disappeared. I was buying some chips and a soda and another customer was checking in who was also a Gold Elite member and she thanked him for his business. I was like, wow, you didn't thank me for my business... I'm a Gold Elite... and she just shrugged her head. The MOST significant, and, turned out MOST COSTLY thing, was that after the trip, I was doing my expense report and I noticed Marriott had charged me 500$ and ******* charged me 387$ (I booked through *******)- I was double charged!!! ******* reached out to Marriott to investigate and was told that that was a No Show charge b/c I had two reservations and didn't show up for one! Yet, when I was checking in, the front desk did not say anything at all about, "Hm... I see you have two reservations here Ma'am... " They told ******* they would not refund the money because I had two reservations so, ******* offered to refund my money they charged me but I still got screwed out of 200$!!! I'm still livid. I really don't want to stay at any more Marriott's.. and, I may not... but the layouts of these Residence Inns are so convenient. If anything, they may just not be my first choice any more. I had recently chosen them as my first choice over Hilton. But, I may go back now. I'm just hugely disappointed, and, out 200$

When I got there, the room that I reserved was not available. I needed two beds. There wasn’t a room with two beds available. I contacted *******. They tried to call the hotel and the person answering the phone would not tell them that the room wasn’t available. I need someone to contact ******* so that I may get my refund.

I stayed there in Room no 302 from 3rd July to 6th July , my key was lost .Some one stole my laptop bag and my passport was in it from my room. When I requested to share the CCTV footage as to find who entered in room .There in no CCTV anywhere in Hotel. I called Police and reported the incidence.
