It’s a lovely little motel on one of the most beautiful beaches in NS. The view is amazing. The room I stayed in was clean with 2 beds which were double size. There was a fridge and microwave with 2 plates, utensils and glasses. There is a back door to the room so you can sit outside and see the view. Nice chairs to sit in as well. They also have a sauna to use with a glass wall and view of the ocean. It’s a great little spot to enjoy what NS offers. Beauty.

A delightful hidden gem in Mavillette on Rt. 1 (up the line as the locals say 😊).. just 15 minutes outside of Yarmouth NS The motel sits on a hill overlooking the ocean....Mavillette Beach...which is a Provincial Park. Motel rooms priced in June /25 @ $158.00/night CAD (taxes incl.) And worth every penny and more. The hosts..Nancy and her hubby are so warm, friendly, and welcoming! The cottages are cute...and have little decks and BBQ's. But don't offer the oceanviews that you get in the motel. There is also a lovely sauna with ocean view for guests to enjoy. While the rooms/baths are somewhat dated.. they are spotlessly clean and fresh. I highly reccommend this property!

I had room no. 2 which is and end/corner room as part of the main building. It would have been a perfect room for the sunsets but we had two nights and days of fog during my stay. The room was very clean and recently updated flooring and the sheets and pillow were great. Bathroom would be considered by some to be dated but, seriously, how much time do you spend there. Plenty of hot water. Booking and reception were great and I stayed an extra day based on its facilities and location. Would go back.

This will be my 3rd and last at Cape View Motel. I had experienced minor issues in the past and did not bother to mention but the earwig in the bed is the deal breaker. Lamp won’t work asked for new bulb still didn’t work. Person behind desk said “yeah we have some laps that don’t work.” Shower repeatedly cycled hot to cold. No table in room. TV Remote worked intermittently Found earwig in bed.

Hotel très médiocre avec des lits sales plein de sable avec un contenu qui marche dans les draps alors faites vous une idée. Le miroir de salle de bain rempli declabousure de brosse dent entk .La propriétaire est supposé nous remboursé sur la carte de crédit mais ne le fait pas et nous bloque sur Facebook

Had to cancel the reservation 2 and 1/2 weeks prior due to family emergency. The owner told my wife that she could not cancel the reservation through ******* and that we would have to do it. My wife goes to do that and ******* says that the hotel cancelled it. Top things off we find out that there is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $79.93. No where on ******* or the Motels web site does it say that the deposit is non refundable. I called the owner and asked her if her web site states that the deposit is non refundable and she said "I don't know what is on our web site or *******". Her I don't really care attitude did not help. Might be a nice place but management and customer service is terrible

Just spent 2 nights in motel room #5 for a business trip and what a truly comfortable stay with a breathtaking view!!! The bed was fantastic including the linens, everything was very clean and tidy. The big windows make the room so light and airy with the best views you can imagine of Mavilette beach and the amazing salt air breeze!! I can't wait to return!!
