Friendly LOCAL staff, not foreign owned. You can tell quickly the staff takes special attention to detail. Nice cocktail lounge, low key Nice adjoining family restaurant And truck parking I have to keep writing here now just to hit 200 minimum characters… Pool was just perfect

The place was super clean, quiet and breakfast was plentiful, and tasty. The staff was great and we had a wonderful stay. Would stay again. The attached restaurant had a huge menu and very good food and the bakery was delish! Would definitely eat there again.

During this trip I stayed at 4 hotels, this was my favorite. Very clean. Climate contral was easy to use. I had a King room and the chair was like a lazy boy. It was great after a long day of driving to sit with my feet up. The breakfast was Hot: sausage, egg, waffles. Like that there was fruit.

Dropped by for dinner. Tried to go to Emerald Lounge first. The hallway had a very strong chemical scent. The Lounge furniture seemed very nice but I didn’t feel welcomed into the space. Also difficult to tell whether food such as a burger was available. Seems like maybe only cheap drinks. Then went to the Family Restaurant. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the local feel. My waitress was superb and fit perfectly with the restaurant - she’s a 5-star waitress. However, the cashier was less friendly. My over-easy eggs were cooked to perfection. Sirloin steak not cooked quite warm enough and the au jus sauce was not hot. Hash browns undercooked. The chairs in the back of the restaurant are not the same quality as the rest of the restaurant. For this area of Wisconsin, and for me to give 5-star, seems like the locals working here need more ability to do their work and add their touch. This isn’t competitive quality for a Best Western or for most restaurants in the local area.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Better than we have at home and my wife spends a fortune on bedding. The rooms are extremely clean and up to date. I fell asleep while surfing the TV for something to watch. Not that I was tired. but that is how many channels there were to select from. We were traveling through, but there are a lot of attractions in that particular area.

The rooms and hotel were extremely clean with everything in working order. Water pressure was great. Love the recliner in the room. They have a small bar that is nice.Family Restaurant attached to the hotel is awful. Just look at the reviews and save yourself by not eating there. Pools are very nice but the outdoor pool is closed now for repairs. They tend to book a lot of youth baseball teams in the summer which can sometimes make for an unpleasant stay if the boys get out of hand.(and no parent supervision). Otherwise we have stayed there over 40 times throughout the years and have always come back.

a nice place to stay. They have a pool inside and outside pool restaurant attached. Good rooms. They’re clean very comfortable breakfast in the morning. A solid start to your day when you stay here

Room was very clean with a rubber ducky sitting on the bath mat in the bathroom...was a nice touch. We had a quiet room and a calming experience.
