Our experience started with a less-than-welcoming atmosphere, and the initial greeting lacked the warmth we expected. The service at Syléa restaurant for dinner was not ideal, though the food itself was decent. Unfortunately, some of the staff could benefit from further training in customer service, particularly in demonstrating empathy. It would also be helpful if staff were better informed about which items come with supplements. On a positive note, breakfast the following day was much more satisfying. The variety of food was good, and the morning staff were friendly and accommodating. A special thank you to Mr. Roobesh and Adi from the Pool Bar! They provided a warm welcome, explained the menu thoroughly, and made our experience much more enjoyable. Great job, guys—keep up the excellent work! However, the quality of food for lunch did not meet the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel. It would be beneficial if the food quality were improved to match the hotel’s overall reputation. At checkout, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional 5,000, which was not previously communicated. This seemed to be an issue with information not being properly cascaded, and the lack of clear communication led to some confusion. This could easily be avoided with better sharing of important details. Despite these challenges, we had a wonderful time overall, especially at the pool with our family. Thank you again to Mr. Roobesh and Adi for their attentive service—they truly stood out as exemplary staff members. Rooms: 311, 306, 307, 316.
