Baasil Roshan and Andreas were our hosts for the ten days we were there over the festive season—they went above and beyond and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. A class act all the way—they made us feel like royalty and we look forward to returning and being part of their team again!

This is our third annual visit and the facilities, staff and entire experience remain world -class. An exquisite hotel and the entire team makes you feel like family. Our room hosts went out of their way to ensure our comfort and pampering and the staff at the Kids Club ensured our children were entertained and wonderfully cared for. I adore the new spa and enjoyed yet another incredible massage with the talented Hema. As for the food and outstanding selection of Champagne and wine....well let's just say I am leaving a little heavier:) Luckily, I was able to mitigate some of the damage in the large gym facility at the hotel:) All in all another unforgettable holiday in an unforgettable hotel. We will be back !

This was our third a stay at the O&O and we are already planning our 4th visit later this year. There is something about this place that can’t be described with words, all I can say is that from the moment you arrive and you hear the welcoming “gong”, something inside you will just change and you find an inner calm and relaxation as if everything and every worry has just gone! The resort layout and design is stunning and peaceful, you hear birds and sea waves in the distance, there are always fresh beautiful flowers to welcome you in the lobby with some incredible exotic scents, and all staff remember you by name and smile at you in a genuine way. The rooms, whichever you choose to stay in, are beautiful and large enough with an appropriate wardrobe space, a nice dressing table with mirror and vanity unit, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a large bath tub with the most amazing bath oils and salts. All is luxurious but subtle at the same time, crafted wood and locally sourced materials make the room feel like it was always meant to be there and it connects perfectly with the stunning surroundings and views. The food is amazing, the buffet restaurant offers anything you’d want and more, the chefs are happy to prepare anything you’d like, even for the very fussy eaters. The Japanese/tapas Tapasake is set on the most stunning setting for cocktails , we ate there three times and would have come back for more, the menu is vast and they offer speciality dinners, set menus and teppan. The Greek pop up was also a great success, thank you to the staff, we had a chat with most of them, they were all lovely and the food was delicious. Steakhouse prime offers fine dining, also very good. The kids club and kids programme could do with some improvement, it was a little repetitive so maybe some different activities each week and something a little more adventurous for the older children would be great, overall my children loved the water sports and the cooking classes. The staff are the most professional and caring and we just can’t wait to be back again!
