All meals are included here, and you can eat and drink at any time. I think it is very convenient to bring children. You must stay here for kitesurfing...
Although the room is not particularly designed, it is clean and tidy... The space in our family suite is also sufficient, and the store also sells makeup remover towels, which solves my big need...
The price/performance ratio is really high! !

It was awesome staying there but there was a hiccup at one point, we booked the place to have access to the sauna and jacuzzi and it was closed during our stay without notification, so instead we decided to have a warm bath but the water from the bath was yellowish.. that said.. they changed us rooms, also gave us a bottle of champagne and a free 50mins massage session.. in all though, it was a nice place, the food was awesome and lovely atmosphere!

Dinner was at the steak restaurant the first night and it was so slow and poor quality The waiters there were giving more priority to a tourist family rather than us. We waited for so long to get our food and the dessert was way too long. I had to ask them for 3 times to get it and we were the last people to finish due to latency in the service. Apart from this, everything was good.

Short summary - really nice hotel for a reasonable price, but as it is new, then some things needs to be improved. 1. New hotel, everything is new and modern. It attracts. 2. Good food with local alcohol drinks. Absolutely good food with fish and shrimps every day. Actually i expected much less. 3. There is entertainment, but it is quite average, nothing comparing to Turkish hotels. But it goes every evening. During the day there is a schedule of activities including sports. 4. Reception is ok, but it is very rare when they pick up the phone. Butter come and ask. We had a double bed wich were two separate beds, at firts they didnot want to fix, but finally gave us the near room with normal double bed. 5. Beach. From one point of view it is large and wide with palms and a lot of space for all guests. Some guest dont like the wind, but for me it was ok, not so hot when it is windy. But the sand is full of construction rubbish, cement, wall plates. This needs to be cleaned. And i strongly suggest to make it, otherwise it is not a sandy beach, but a rubbish beach. Overall we liked the hotel. They keep here the same level as in other Riu hotels which we visited.

I have a great time, the services were good but looks like a shortage of staff. The personal were doing their best which we really appreciate . Good service by Leonard, Yash, Adelen in the f&b and Jeremy at the reception. Iron,iron board and hair, curtain rails were not good. Beautiful hotel with a very delicious food. A bald man named Dov... was insulting a staff on 07 Feb during lunch time in front of us which was not good maybe she did something wrong but it's not a thing to do seems to be lack of manners.

Over all a good place. I have stayed in many RIU all over the world. This one was definitely a good one. Food needed more variety in different days. Upset that the steak restaurant wasn't available everyday. I think at that point they should allow us to have a sign up like other RIU have. We went at about 7:50 PM and they said there was no more room to wait. Yet when we passed by at like 9:00 there were so many open tables. they just didn't want us to wait even though at first they said 40 minute wait, which we didn't mind the wait. Then they came out and said its too full. Also the service at the bar pool should be better only when the supervisor was in the pool bar was it good if not the workers disappear into the little room there and ignore the guest.
