Hotel is very nice. Lots of activities (e.g., tennis, gym, pilates, yoga).
Service and food could be better.
Breakfast and Dinner are served as buffet. Dinner can also be in one of their separate restaurants which offer a la carte menu. Restaurants needs separate reservation and we needed to wait two days to get a spot. Buffet food is not the best if I need to judge but it’s something subjective.
Service level is good but not great. Something we also experienced in another hotel on the island.
Hotel has created their own beach which is a kind of bay. So if you are looking for a perfect sand beach, just be aware.

This is the happiest and most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. Every staff member is very friendly. We complained on the first day that the hotel rooms were not as big as described. After Ctrip's coordination, the hotel upgraded us to the best room the next day.
The food in the hotel is very delicious. The breakfast is a bit monotonous but the dinner is very rich and changes every day. There are 4 restaurants that basically have delicacies from all over the world. There are various song and dance performances, piano performances, etc. every night in the restaurant. The wonderful arrangements of various activities on New Year's Eve are even more unforgettable!
The hotel has many activities every day, our favorites are archery, tennis, snorkeling, etc., all free of charge. There are 4 swimming pools for you to choose from. There is no need to worry about finding a chair. As long as you lie on the beach chair at the swimming pool, you will have a cold and delicious drink delivered to your hand.
We stayed in the hotel for a week and felt at home every day. We would have stayed there if it hadn't been fully booked and couldn't book a room.

It was just magical.
The hotel is beautiful, the staff is attentive.
Our room had direct access to the beach. The pool was perfect as well as our stay.
It was for us the best hotel in Mauritius.

We stayed at Paradise Cove in March for our wedding anniversary, the hotel has great facilities with its own small beach and several restaurants. The food and service was really good as was the room. There was some gardening going on one day which was a bit noisy at times but to keep the gardens so nice that’s probably unavoidable.

Unser Aufenthalt belief sich auf 14 Tage. Grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Hotel, welches verschiedene Rückzugsorte schafft und daher die Gäste gut verteilt. Verschiedene Restaurants und unterschiedlichste Liegeflächen an unterschiedlichen Pools (3 große, 1 kleiner im Spa) sowie am Meer in verschiedenen Ausrichtungen ermöglichen unterschiedliche Vorlieben zu bedienen. Das Buffet und das Frühstück sind in kleinem Rahmen und immer mit Köchen hinter Cooking Stationen angerichtet. Das schafft einen angenehmen Rahmen. Das Hotel ist ein 5* Hotel, welches unserer Meinung nach den Ansprüchen jedoch nicht gerecht wird. - die Drinks, ob der morgendliche Kaffee, mittags beim Lunch, tagsüber an Pool/Strand oder abends lassen viel zu lange auf sich warten, kommen teilweise erst mit dem Essen und sind teils von schlechter Qualität (Cocktails…). Die Kellner sind bemüht, jedoch insbesondere die Strandbar ist überlastet, die Anfragen müssen von lediglich zwei Kellner bearbeitet werden. - der Strand und auch die Zimmer sind nicht sehr sauber. Insbesondere der Strandteil zum offenen Meer hin müsste deutlich häufiger gereinigt werden. Hier findet man alte Zigarettenstummel, Strohhälme… Auch die Liegematten sind fleckig. Die Zimmer sind oberflächlich gereinigt, jedoch finden sich auf Jalousien Staub, der Boden ist eher gefegt als gewischt. Die Kissen im Hauptrestaurant haben teils Wasserflecken, teils sind es andere Flecken. Es gibt leider immer wieder viele Ameisen, auch rund um das Buffet. - das Personal ist teilweise sehr sehr freundlich, auch wir haben jedoch die forsche Art der Einarbeitung neuer Kräfte beobachtet und empfanden dies als unangenehm. Teilweise sind es sehr junge Mitarbeiter, die leider alleine gelassen werden und dann teilweise nicht die gewünschten Getränke bringen.

I was there with my wife. The hotel left good impressions. Large well-kept territory, smiling and friendly staff, good quality of service. It was nice to be there. But the food (menu variety and taste) leaves much to be desired, this is their drawback. There are also problems with cleanliness, I can't say that the room was cleaned well. Also striking was the not completely clean dishes in the restaurant (glasses). The beach was not clean.
