Go to a better Hotel. I'm Member w/ Courtyard. this a over price for nothing special at all place. Maybe a 1-2 at best? Staff is disgruntle. Bad value, no coffee or breakfast included for high price. Air is a loud system, and not cool, loud cars at night heard. Much better deals and Hotels and service in area. Stay here, and Staff acts like they are doing you a free favor. Marriott/Courtyard has a very good Standard. But Not here though, they failed it all 3 times I stayed here. If you are frequent Traveler you know what I mean. This place is a Front for the cost - vs what many other Hotel in the same area have like more Comfortable Beds. The Pillows are completely Flat! Many things. Sinks, Lights, hard Mattress don't work well. It's just Not Managed well. If you know you know! Attitudes is that we don't care! Believe all the LOW reviews they have on the diff internet site to Expose this Courtyard. Its NOT a CORPORATE Courtyard at all.
