Welcome to our Mauldin home, a suburb of Greenville! We are centrally located close to shopping and parks, and just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville and downtown Simpsonville. Our home has plenty of parking, a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a fenced backyard, back patio with eating area, plenty of indoor seating, good wifi, and 2 desk areas. Safe and established older neighborhood just down the road from a park with a playground area. Perfect for families and those traveling for work! Contactless entry, cleaned with care!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $100 (2 dog maximum). Great location, close to both Greenville and simpsonville, with food and necessities within half a mile. Nice park at the end of the street, but also a phenomenal fenced in yard. Communication was great and house was adorable. Very quiet street as well. Would definitely stay again.

Quick but nice stay.
We came to this area to see a friend. And it was perfect locations wise. Close to everything. We were out of body wash the first night and had some delivered the next day. There are a few minor things that could be updated. Kitchen was stocked plenty, don’t bring coffee filters, there are plenty. Communication was top notch.

Checked all the boxes and very accommodating
Spent a week with my wife and 4 kids here while visiting friends nearby. Wife was happy, kids were happy.. hence Dad is happy… 5 stars!

Mauldin Stay
Communication with property owner/management was great. Quick response and kept us updated. Overall the house was in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious, comfortable. Since we were here for a family wedding, we didn't really get to enjoy the yard etc..

Convenient and nice
Visiting family in Simpsonville. Our son and granddaughter got to stay with us for two days. House conveniently located to everywhere. So much better than a hotel. Equipped with just about everything. Thank you.

Perfect for us
My wife and I and our dogs went to visit our son in Greenville. Melissa's place was perfect for us! A spacious, well maintained house with a large fenced in back yard. Exactly what we needed. Thanks :)
