We had a very pleasant experience at this Bed and Breakfast. The place is welcoming, spacious, and impeccably clean. What truly sets this establishment apart is the host’s hospitality and the delicious breakfast: varied, nutritious, and made with plenty of fresh, homemade ingredients! I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating—truly went above and beyond! They helped us with local sites and even planned multiple day trips for us. The room was fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely to die for. We’d definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Super stay.
Lovely welcome ,great large room ,super tea trolly ,with tea ,coffee and hot chocolate,,and very nice Borders biscuits.
Great sleep. Very comfy beds.
Absolutely fantastic breakfast ,yogurt, fresh fruit ,cereals, the Scottish cooked breakfast ,was just amazing.

We spent 6 absolutely marvelous at Ardwell’s. The hosts, and Morton could not have been more wonderful. They treated my husband, daughter, and I like family. The breakfast every morning was spectacular. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Morton helped us everyday on planning our itinerary and we were never disappointed. I would go back and stay with them over and over again.
