Already the hotel is beautiful, the view magnificent, but what really makes this hotel stand out is the team. Serving the customer above and beyond. Second day of our family holiday we got hit by a drunk driver. Without the spontanuous help of the Il Porto Team this periode would have been much harder on my family. Service on a next level.

L’établissement ne correspond pas au standing attendu d’un 4 étoiles, même selon les standards italiens. Plusieurs enfants se sont blessés (mains, pieds, genoux) à cause du revêtement abrasif de la piscine. Nous étions logés en rez-de-jardin et avons eu la « chance » de partager notre séjour avec une petite famille de rats vivant le long de la haie. L’hôtel nous a assuré qu’il ne s’agissait que d’un passage temporaire. Concernant l’appartement avec kitchenette, il manquait les éléments de base pour faire la vaisselle (aucun liquide, éponge ni dosette fournie), et les plaques de cuisson fonctionnaient à peine. La cabine de douche est extrêmement étroite, comparable à celle d’un camping-car. Difficile également de profiter des repas à l’extérieur, pourtant censés être un atout du lieu : les guêpes y sont omniprésentes et contraignent à manger à l’intérieur. Le lit superposé du haut présente un danger : le matelas est trop épais par rapport à la hauteur de la barrière de sécurité. Le rapport qualité/prix est clairement déséquilibré au vu des prestations proposées. Pire encore, lorsque nous avons souhaité faire part de nos remarques, l’établissement a adopté une attitude menaçante, évoquant des recours juridiques et des avocats pour nous dissuader de laisser un avis. Seuls points positifs : un cadre naturel magnifique (vue, calme), et un personnel généralement sympathique.

*Un paradiso al mare!* Sono appena tornato da un soggiorno di alcuni giorni e devo dire che sono stato benissimo. Il personale era estremamente cortese e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Una nota di merito va a Vanessa che ci ha accolto con il sorriso , professionalità e gentilezza. Ci ha accompagnato nella vacanza dal momento della prenotazione fino alla partenza sopportandoci e supportandoci. Il posto è semplicemente mozzafiato! La posizione panoramica sul mare offre una vista spettacolare che si può ammirare dalla nostra stanza o dalla piscina. Le camere erano confortevoli e ben arredate, con ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. La spiaggia in convenzione è pulita e ben curata, con acqua cristallina e potere ( necessitano le scarpette) . Abbiamo passato ore a rilassarci al sole Il resort offre anche una varietà di attività e servizi, come la piscina, il ristorante e il bar, che sono stati sempre ben gestiti dal personale. In sintesi, se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi e godervi il mare, questa è la scelta perfetta. Il personale cortese e il posto panoramico rendono questo resort un vero paradiso al mare! *Voto:* 5/5 stelle

Stayed 6 nights as part of an InnTravel holiday. Half Board. Suite had huge balcony with truly fantastic views. Also had a kitchenette. Only downside is the size of the shower and lack of cushions on the sun loungers. Room kept exceptionally clean. Breakfast excellent with egg station in lovely setting. Dinner on a set menu basis. Food perhaps is of a slightly lower standard than you might expect of this quality of hotel. Service and knowledge of wine provided by the staff, however, excellent. Pool looks the part but is really uncomfortable on your feet and is actually smaller than it looks. We also think pool towels should be provided. The amazing views that come with this hotel mean that you have a little uphill trek from the beach bars and it is 45 min walk out of “town” … would be amazing if the hotel offered a shuttle to the beach but we might be asking a little of a 4 star hotel. We would love to return!
