KKR Dogoyuduki

A traditional Japanese hotel. Our family was very satisfied. The staff were very friendly.

The accommodation was located in a residential area a little away from the center of Dogo Onsen. When I went to the bathhouse, which I was looking forward to, there was a sign at the washing area that said "Not for use due to malfunction," and I felt that it was a facility run by government officials. The lights in the sauna were off, it was pitch black, and the timer was broken. There were several courses to choose from, and I ordered the Botchan Kaiseki. All the dishes were very delicious, and hot dishes were brought one after another according to the progress of the meal, so I was very satisfied with that aspect. The drinks were expensive, and the vending machines in the facility also had expensive alcoholic drinks. The breakfast was brought in a basket with a variety of side dishes, and the amount was just right. You could have as many refills of rice, natto, and seaweed as you like, and coffee was served in the lobby after the meal. It's a shame that if the service had been a little more flexible, I would have been quite satisfied.
