I stayed here on a solo trip.
I felt that the rooms were very clean, compared to other local business hotels. The bath, toilet and sink were also very clean!
The hotel is also located right in front of the JR station and the tram stop. The photo was taken from the hotel looking at Matsuyama Station. Dogo Onsen, Okaido and Matsuyama Castle are all easily accessible from the tram stop right in front of the hotel.
Bicycles were available for free rental.

객실내의 화장실, 침대는 매우 청결했고 깔끔했습니다. 좀 낡긴 했지만 이정도면 돈값한다고 봅니다.
대신 담배 냄새가 좀 나고 아침밥이 좀 취향이 갈리긴 합니다. 그 이외에는 재방문 해도 될 정도입니다.

The location is just to the left of the exit of JR Matsuyama Station. The location is great.
The price is also very affordable. Unfortunately, I may have booked it too late and only had a smoking room. Apart from the residual cigarette smell, the room was quite clean.
Breakfast was average, no problem.
You can buy tickets to nearby Kisuke no Yu at a discounted price.
The service staff are all friendly.
