受付の方は丁寧で優しい方たちでした。
お菓子やお酒の取り放題やみかんジュースも良かったです。
しいて言うなら、みかんジュースも何種類かあれば更にワクワクするのとみかんジュースとお菓子はもう少し長めの時間、対応可能なら有り難いです。
そしてそして部屋のマッサージチェアは良いですね。癒されました。
道後温泉本館から近いのも良いですね。

도고온천 바로 앞이라서 교통이 정말 편해요. 객실은 깨끗하고 음식이 정말 맛있어요. 저녁 카이세키 요리는 물론 아침 뷔페식도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 직원분들도 다 친절해요. 노천탕도 너무 좋았습니다. 이용시간이 자정까지라서 여유롭게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 다음에는 가족들과 다함께 와야겠어요!

상점 가격이 동일해서 좋았어요. 트램을 이용해서 마쓰야마역이나 오카이도등 이동이 용이해요. 온천은 좋은편 입니다. 도고온천 별관보다는 야마토야 온천이 더 좋았어요.

房間很日系的小，但是非常夠用，空調強勁。服務人員相比其他日本酒店的熱情。地址位置方便，酒店自己的温泉也夠強勁，也可以出門去歷史悠久的酒店。吃喝都方便。實際上感覺這個小鎮比有馬温泉方便多了，設施齊全又方便到達，又有歷史典故。另外我是定到了一個好價格。平時好像也不便宜。

設備は十分でしたが、スタッフの方の一部残念な対応がありましたのでサービスはマイナスにしました。雰囲気やお風呂は良かったですし、見送りの際のスタッフの方の対応は良かったです。今回は当日に本店から別荘への変更へとイレギュラーな対応をしていただきましたが、チェックインの説明はなく、本店と別荘の連携をスムーズにしていただけると良いかと思います。
