From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel was not up to par with my expectations. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was rather lackluster. Situated in Sendai, I had hoped for a scenic and picturesque view of the surrounding area, but instead, I was greeted with a rather uninspiring landscape. The hotel's proximity to attractions and amenities was also quite inconvenient, as it required a fair amount of travel to reach any notable destinations. The staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lackadaisical attitude and indifference towards the guests were disappointing, to say the least. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm. The common areas felt neglected and poorly maintained, further contributing to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at the 大江户温泉物語松島温泉壯觀酒店 was far from satisfactory. The lackluster location, indifferent staff, outdated accommodations, underwhelming dining options, and overall lack of care and attention to detail made for an unenjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and memorable experience in Sendai.

食事は夕食朝食ともバイキングで洋食和食両方食べられるのが良かった。 ロビーに無料のアルコール🍺やジュース🍹も飲み放題で入浴後楽しめた。 遊覧船や瑞巌寺にも歩いて行ける距離で便利だった。 ♨️はPH8でもっとアルカリの強いのを期待してたので少し残念。 部屋から海も見えたし料金相当だった。

Oedo Onsen Monogatari. This July, the hotel was upgraded to premium status. I used the "Early Stay 45" plan, which is a great deal if you book 45 days in advance! Basic buffet plan with 1 night and 2 meals. Room. The building is 4 stories tall. My room was on the right side of the second floor of the main building. The view was out of the way. The building in front blocked the view of Matsushima Bay. I couldn't see the islands or the sunrise, which I was particularly looking forward to. If you plan to stay here in the future, why not request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor when making a reservation? Other. It would be nice to have a veranda, a small table, and chairs to look out from the window, but there was no veranda or chairs in the room (there were 5 cushions). Also, there were no snacks to go with tea (where is Oedo Onsen Monogatari?). I was also dissatisfied that the washroom, toilet, and bath were all in one small room. Disappointing ☆ 3. Food. Very satisfying. There are about 80 kinds of ingredients. Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes are all available. They warm up steamed dishes for dinner and grilled fish for breakfast on the dining table. My mother was impressed by the crispness of the fries and tempura fried in the live kitchen. I enjoyed the freshly grilled beef tongue. What is particularly noteworthy is that the staff went around to all the tables asking if they could take photos with their smartphones. I was impressed. ☆5. Bath. Matsushima Onsen water. There is an open-air bath and sauna in the large bath. There were two hourglasses in the sauna. The open-air bath has no ceiling, so it is open and you can enjoy the open sky. ☆5. Other. The large garden outside and the outside terrace are features. It has a resort feel. I would like to stay another night. The price is premium but cheap. 28,380 yen for 2 adults.

リニューアルが完了しましたらもう一度利用してみたい。

あまりにも、内装に手を掛けていない。昔の温泉旅館。ガッカリでした。
