離JR車站近搭車去伊勢神宮及二見浦景點非常近且方便，附近有松阪城，另有超市、二手衣店、百元超市，還有CP值高的美食，早餐雖沒大飯店樣式多，但環境乾淨且基本食物都有，麪包好吃，冰熱咖啡&巧克力24小時供應，非常方便。暑假及寒假都去住過，房間寬廠很舒適價格合理，非常喜歡，有機會會再去。
