服務很差一點沒人性化，我們一早7點多必須趕JR去奈良井宿，泡温泉預約9點開始，時間沒到不給預約理由🙄還有JR松本站出來拖着2人三個箱子在雪地裏拖着走到酒店，説好來接我們的，反正這家酒店就一通不講理，早餐也差沒東西吃

I stayed at this hotel to see Matsumoto Castle, one of the four castles recognized as national treasures of Japan. The hotel is a 25-minute walk from Matsumoto Castle, but very close to Matsumoto Station, only a 6-minute walk. However, the hotel can send a car to pick up guests to the station for free, which is very considerate. There is a 24-hour stove in the lobby, which flickers and is very creative. Matsumoto is one of the most exquisite towns in Japan. The castle, streets, galleries, and cafes complement each other.
