The location is very good, Matsumoto JR Station, 5 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old, but it is relatively clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and rich in variety. It is on the 10th floor and has a great view.

I stayed on the 8th floor. They kept my luggage for me before I checked in. They serve welcome drinks (drinks bar) until 10:00pm. The entrance to the hallway from the elevator to the guest rooms is safe because you can't enter without a room key. Amenities are available at the front desk. They had a pack, which was nice. I saw a review saying they were closing soon, but it's a shame because it's a good location and reasonably priced.
