It's a historical hotel with a long history. You can feel the traditions of Japan.
They provide great service. Even though you it's a super old hotel, but it's very clean and tidy inside.
They have done the renovation so you don't feel that old.
That means you can feel the history but super clean and tidy.

Expérience incroyable !
Superbe Ryokan, expérience inoubliable, accueil extraordinaire, chambre japonaise et lits installés pendant le repas (futons).
Prenez le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner !
Quel régal... vous sortirez de table le ventre bien rempli c'est copieux et délicieux !
Le onsen est agréable et gratuit 40mn.
Allez y les yeux fermés !
Attention ce n'est pas en ville acces en voiture ou taxi.

定年を迎えた夫とお世話になりました。昔ながらのお宿ですが、清潔感があり、貸切湯、お食事、サービス、接客など全てが大満足でした。継続的にお世話になりたいお宿です。小さいお子さんがいるファミリーよりご夫婦向きのお宿です。

建物は複雑でしたが、丁寧に説明してくれて不自由なく利用できました。貸切風呂も良かったです。料理も美味しくて大食いの我が家もお腹いっぱいでした。

8月中旬に利用いたしました。
歴史を感じる施設で一泊でしたがゆっくりすごせました。
食事にお酒、温泉水で淹れていただいたコーヒーなど美味しく頂きました。
貸切温泉、内湯どちらも利用しましたがよかったです。
貸切風呂でどちらかリニューアルされていたとのことですが説明がなかったので説明があるといいかなと感じました。
女将さんはじめスタッフの皆様は明るく気さくに話しかけていただきました。
松本市街から少し離れていますがバスでも問題なくいけました。
静かな環境でゆっくりすごしたい方にはいいと感じました。

Excellent traditional ryokan experience. Wonderful dinners and breakfasts every day, and the private reservable onsen was exactly what we were looking for. The area does require a cab ride from downtown Matsumoto but the very attentive staff asked every day when we would like the cab to arrive, making it easy to get back into town. Also being this far out meant it was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great stay, would absolutely go back.
