為什麼會訂這裏呢，因為有計劃去登燒岳，從這個温泉酒店後面上去比從上高地那裡上去會近一點，而且考慮到我的體力，肯定登完非常的累，會回來能泡個温泉應該是很好的。後來證明的確是累的不行，後面腿痠了好幾天。雖然説這也是日本祕湯之一，但如果用温泉酒店標準，衹能算一般，但整個環境，服務還是不錯的，而且大廳裏放的CD我很喜歡，回來就在Apple music 上找到了，哈哈。

Really great for solo travellors from tokyo. U can shuttle bus from Matsumoto which is a train away from shinjuku station at 2.45pm (easy reservation over email). There is shuttle bus as well to kamikochi at 8am and 9am (reserve at hotel). The 8am bus will be sufficient time to explore the major sceneries at kamikochi if you walk fast and the hotel will bring your luggage to the shuttle bus if you reserve a seat for the 12.20pm bus from kamikochi bus terminal.

It was great to go up to the trailhead of Yakedake right outside the door. The breakfast and dinner were exquisite and delicious. The outdoor hot spring pool was great, and you could breathe the negative oxygen in the mountains while soaking in the hot spring, which felt great.

The location is a a bit far from Kamikochi national park, but the view from the above is quite stunning. Love the outdoor onsen hot spring bath. The hotel is surrounded by the nature and very private.
The food and the service are superb. There is a free shuttle van to Matsumoto station.
