Amazing!!! Will definitely come back in the future...room rates are pricey but you get what you paid for. Food was like dining in a Michelin star restaurant. They have different types of onsen to suit your needs, from spacious onsen bath to deep bath and bed type bath.

素晴らしい旅の思い出となりました。まず、スタッフのおもてなしの数々。食事は日本料理を選びましたが、「本当に日本人に生まれてよかった。」と思える、料理のおいしさを堪能しました。夕食の２時間が、味の舌鼓とスタッフとのやり取りに家族の会話も弾み、あっという間の楽しいひと時となりました。お風呂は「立ち湯」に行ってみました。広い湯船の向こうには、もはや壁もガラスも無く、楓や自然の渓流がすぐそこに存在しています。別世界のような景色が3階の「立ち湯」にみられ、露天？の新しい、そして素晴らしい形態を体験することができました。是非また季節を変えて宿泊したいと思います。

庶民がお鷹棟 洋室に泊まった感想です。 チェックイン：質問や説明が多く30分位かかった 部屋：広いが普通 風呂：①大浴場／普通（露天の展望ナシ）②立ち湯／良いが水深1m20cmの部分は狭く4人程度（展望アリ）③寝湯／普通（目隠しがあり展望ほぼナシ）寝ころがれないので座湯？ 食事：①1泊目夕食和食／全てうまし。だが提供のテンポが遅い。酒のつまみが何も無くなることしばしば②朝食和食／全てうまし。だが提供がとても遅い。おかずのセッティングが先で最後に運ばれたご飯は既に冷めていた③2泊目夕食洋食／全てうまし。提供のテンポ遅いがパンが最初に出されたのでつまみ代わりに④朝食洋食／全てうまし。だがHPにエッグベネディクトが大人気とあるので「エッグベネディクトできますか？」と聞いたら当日ではできないと言われた。だったらチェックインの時に確認してほしかった。 感想：とても良いがとてもお高い。特別感は無いので記念日やサプライズには向かない。3割安ければ再訪しようと思える。従業員が多すぎてご挨拶するのが大変。
