The room was not good. The air conditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The toilet kept leaking. In addition, the room on the street was too noisy. It was a very bad experience. I will not choose this hotel to stay next time.

The hotel is near Matsue Station, and is very convenient for both rail and road transportation. The hotel room is not bad for the size of an ordinary hotel in Japan, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The floor is not high, and the air conditioning facilities in the room are not noisy, very quiet, so you can sleep until you wake up naturally. The hotel restaurant has local characteristics for breakfast, and there are also various Japanese food options, which is worth recommending.

The location is first-rate, 3 minutes walk from the JR train station, but you have to go down 2 flights of stairs to get to the hotel lobby, and you have to go up the stairs when you check out. It's impossible to move a 20kg luggage, which is a bit of a deduction. Breakfast and dinner are included, and the variety is not very rich, but it's not bad. It's a very traditional Japanese business hotel style. The facilities are a little old, but the hygiene is OK. The cost performance is very high

Recently for an international conference, I chose the GREEN RICH Hotel in front of Songjiang Station. This hotel offers a great stay, especially impressive with their artificial hot springs - the two-share soup. Comfortable and well equipped rooms are ideal places to relax after a long trip. The service staff are warm and friendly and always ready to help. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent and the transportation is convenient for me to attend meetings and explore the surrounding area. For this trip, I chose this hotel that was close to Matsue Shinjiko Onsen Station and Matsue Castle according to my plan.
It was very convenient as there were many restaurants around.
I was very satisfied with the room and public bath.
The room was a little small, but the bed was big so I was able to sleep comfortably.
I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because I had planned to eat it elsewhere.
I would like to use it again next time I go.

Same problem, no cleaning or garbage removal for two days, and we pressed the bell at the door. Also, the hotel didn't put us on the same floor. I suggest that you contact Ctrip in advance if you are staying at this hotel.

The hotel counter is a Chinese-speaking sister, very kind!
The second night of the stay was very late because of the hotel, and there was only an izakaya left in the nearby restaurant!
We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched!
But she said she would be home by March next year!
The breakfast Aqi is also very kind, always asking if you want to add rice and soup!
Although the price is high, the quality is very good!

The hotel is good, (I met a Fujian counter lady to explain the guide clearly)
Although it is about 27 minutes walk from Songjiang Station, it is a bit far away, which is ok for me.
To go to Izumodashe, you can walk to Lake Hot Spring Station for about 10 minutes.
First of all, there are amenities at the front desk.

The facilities are unparalleled.
I live in a different building and the room is clean.
The bathtub in the room is big enough
For baths, there is a large public bath.
The big bath is large and, considering the time, very few people use it, so it is very comfortable.
Or rather, I didn’t see anyone.
Located on the top floor of the main building, the view is great.
I decided to stay at this hotel and even rent bicycles!

The Ryugu mixed bathing hot spring is very comfortable and there are free skin care products. The staff service is also very good. The store manager has a very good attitude. There is a large courtyard where you can see the Emperor's Palace. The overall experience is very good. There is a lounge in the courtyard. I will stay here again next time.

NNuonuokafeiI regret booking this hotel. First, Yuzao Hot Spring Street is very depressed. There is almost no business. There is no attraction to visit. It is incomparable to the Shinzaki Hot Spring. There is an ordinary river. It is not attractive. There are few tourists. Second, the hotel is dilapidated. The carpet is dirty. The taste is low. Some fake flowers are placed. And cheap decorations I booked a cheap room. The bathroom is too small and too small. The overhead door is very difficult to use with a cloth across the bed cover. The bed cover should not be a customer. The store sells local products, which leads to poor taste. The dinner set breakfast buffet is very general. It is rougher. The dinner is actually used. This kind of dumpling hotel has a lot of staff. There are many foreigners. The reception ability is polite and thoughtful. I saw that there are Japanese teams and Taiwan teams staying in the big bath. I looked at the facilities. There are many old people. However, at the same time as I was seated, the grilled food and the fire of the pot were ignited, so the meat was baked before eating the thing that I wanted to eat first, such as appetizers and sashimi, or the meat was boiled too much. I don't have to say if you can adjust the timing a little more. The breakfast buffet was really delicious and I enjoyed every side dish. Especially French toast was the most delicious I have ever eaten!

- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were very friendly and it was a shame that the hotel was not on the Lake Shinji side, but the buffet food for dinner and breakfast was very satisfying. The location was great and the hot springs were free-flowing from the source, which made my skin feel so smooth and amazing. I would definitely like to stay here again, on the Lake Shinji side.

RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍
