服務及環境都很好，還安排酒店至火車站我來回接送，晚餐亦很豐富很多選擇，有戶外及室內溫泉，性價比高，值得推薦

好好的溫泉旅館, 旅館內設有酒吧謍業至2400, 浸完溫泉飲返兩杯好爽. 早晚餐都為自助形式, 日式 洋食 甜品有齊, 亦有島根本地特色菜式, 仲可以另外加購酒項, 一次過可以試島根地區不同酒廠的日本酒.

All dinners were delicious and the quantity was more than enough. However, as soon as we were seated, the grill and pot were turned on, so the meat ended up getting burnt or overcooked before we could finish the appetizers and sashimi we wanted to eat first. If you could adjust the timing a little more, I wouldn't say much. Every side dish at the breakfast buffet was really delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it. In particular, the French toast was the most delicious I've ever eaten!

We stayed on September 5th and 6th. We checked in early, so we were able to park in the parking lot right in front of the hotel, and the man at the front desk said that if he went out, he would leave a pylon to reserve the parking lot for him. He told us that we would be out all day tomorrow, so the parking lot would be in order of check-in. Well, that's only natural. On the second day, we returned just after 5pm and told the man at the parking lot that we were staying at, and he said, "I checked in yesterday, and I've reserved the parking lot for you." What thoughtfulness. We were so touched by the unexpected response. The guest who had parked before us was told that the parking lot in front of the inn was full, and was guided to a parking lot a little further away. We never got bored of the food, even though we stayed for two nights, and it was delicious. The staff had a very nice atmosphere, and it was an inn that we would like to visit again.

とにかくおもてなしの心意気に感動しました。折り紙可愛かったです。館内はもちろんですが、目の前の川の足湯、通りのライトアップ、全て脱帽です。
