I had to stay here on short notice because there were no other rooms available due to a sudden business trip. I've been to Matsue many times before, but this is my first time here. Frankly speaking, the room is small. (It feels quite old and retro.) Or rather, the bed is placed in the middle, which takes up the usable space and makes it even smaller. Because of that, there is a chair at the desk, but you can't put your feet in... I think they should improve the layout. Other than that, the front desk staff was very kind and polite. Well, it's totally OK for the price including breakfast. There is Wi-Fi, laundry, and the location is not bad, so I think the benefits are great. However, the bathroom is small, just like the room. Lol I'm looking forward to an air purifier and wallpaper replacement next time!
