Green Rich Hotel Matsue Ekimae Reviews

A hotel that is convenient. There is an articial spring in the basement that closes at 1am. Good for people who have got a long day out. The bedding is clean but a bit yellowish. Very polite and good hotel staff. They let us store the luggage for two nights while we r away and will come back to stay on the 3rd night.

Good location for who need to be close the Matsue station and also easily to go in the Matsue castle.

The food in the hotel is completely inconsistent with the Ctrip photos! The lights inside the hotel are dim! This is the most dissatisfying thing I have been to Japan for so many times! There is mold in the bathroom of the hotel room! The sound insulation is not very good either!

It was conveniently located near the station and two convenience stores, but... the bathroom was full of mold, and there was mold on the top of the door too...I hesitated to even go in. It was a bit scary.

I was worried about the smell and humidity that are typical of old buildings.

It was close to Matsue Station, so it was very convenient. During the day, we had a study session at Telsa, and at night we enjoyed eating and drinking around the station.

The location is very good, very close to Matsue Station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Lake Shinji to watch the sunset. There is a 711 underneath, and there are many izakayas on the street in front of the station. It is a good stay experience.

Recently, to attend an international conference, I chose the GREEN RICH Hotel in front of Songjiang Station. This hotel offers a great stay, and what's particularly impressive is their artificial hot spring - Niguyu no Hane. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, making them the perfect place to relax after a long trip. The service staff are friendly and always ready to help. In addition, the hotel's location is excellent and convenient for me to attend meetings and explore the surrounding area. Overall, the GREEN RICH Hotel provided a high quality accommodation experience and I would highly recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option.

You may not expect state-of-the-art facilities, but they keep things clean at all times and do their best to provide service even if there are difficulties in communication. It was a good choice for solo use in terms of cost-effectiveness and location.

The pillows and futon were both very light. Overall satisfied. However, it would have been nice if they had informed me at check-in that I could choose my pillow and that I would have to take my pajamas and go to my room. Regarding the room, it would have been nice to have an air purifier and a spray to deodorize clothes. Also, since my luggage was in a carrier, it was difficult to carry it up the stairs. When I was leaving, I found a sign saying there was an elevator, but it was hard to see, so I wish it would have been written in big letters on the stairs.

Used it at a fireworks display. There was no dedicated parking lot, so the system was to park at an affiliated parking lot. Also, when I checked in on the day I was informed that the free time was from 5pm until 10am the next day, and if I parked before that time, I would have to pay 200 yen for an hour. If I had known in advance, I might have been able to adjust the time accordingly. It was a little disappointing.
