これはザセレクトンあべの松原駅前さんへの意見ではありません。いつも御社を利用しホテルの予約などさせて頂いています。今回は体調を崩して予約キャンセルに関するクレームです。ウィルス性胃腸炎で寝込んでしまいましたが、元々の契約でキャンセル時に前払い金は戻らないとの説明がありましたのでそれは致し方ないと思っております。当方の体調管理の不備ですね。しかしながら予約をキャンセルしたいと伝えたのにもかかわらず、メールでの返信が同ホテルの予約は維持されます❓との返信。先方に迷惑をかけてはいけないと思い直接電話で確認したところ予約のキャンセルはなされていないとの事でしたので直接御願いして予約をキャンセルしてもらいました。❓❓な対応であると思いました。今後気をつけて頂きたいと思います。同ホテルの各評価は全く参考にはなりませんので悪しからず。

今回は子供と2人で2泊させていただきました。建物が4階建てで1階への移動がスムーズにできるのは良かったです。また夜のカレーサービスについては、今回子供が病気明けで体調が回復しきってないなかで、美味しく完食できたのはありがたかったです。浴場もコンパクトなサイズですが、清潔感もあり良かったです。また機会があれば是非利用したいです。
