Duke of Wellington

This pub is my local and I’ve only just started going on the recommendation of my neighbour , I have to say I’m not disappointed. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious. I have two children, of which one is learning disabled and the state wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. Try it, you won’t be disappointed

Only called in for a bite to eat, food was lovely and the dogs were also welcomed. Hats off to the young lady who served us she was polite and friendly.

Bit out of the wa but great staff and food

Nice pub, everything you need in the room, great food and breakfast, good beer selection. Quiet.

Wouldn’t stay again tbh… The room was ok. Nothing to write home about, bathroom adequate although the tiles were loose. Breakfast for which we paid on check in; well it was £10 each so not expensive but no options. No cereal although there were some boxes but no dishes or milk. No options on what we wanted. We’d booked it fo 8:30 am on a Sunday morning so not late. The server really couldn’t be bothered and wanted us gone. Didn’t ask if we wanted more coffee/tea. On the whole, I wished we’d have gone elsewhere for breakfast where someone wanted our money.
