I appreciate that your inn is affordable, but I expect a clean blanket for my stay. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of your room. I do not think I will book with you again. I hope the management will take action to improve the quality of your service.

The room is not comfortable. No shower heater. No seatpad in the toilet.

You get what you pay for. Small rooms with shared restrooms. I was lucky. I had my own bathroom. Bedsheets cleanliness was questionable.

Given keys to the room. No towel until requested. Aircon needed to be requested , leaking badly. Sheets weren't in good shape . Torn. Only one person attending. Only one towel provided for a "deluxe" room
