It's small but neat. It's great to have an alcohol store right next to the hotel. You can drink cold beer in your room.

I had been there for Yatra. No doubt good and courtesy wise it’s good. Cleanliness they have to put in more efforts.
Moping and cleaning of rooms toiletries to be available no doubt of single use types. Hand towels may also be provided.

rooms are not spacious (i booked super deluxe), they don't provide complimentary water bottles. While booking they assured for buffet for morning breakfast, and in morning they asked what will you like to eat, we have two options plain aloo paratha and poori bhaji, then after some time chole bhature was also available.
Even anyone can get parking only if space is available. My vehicle was parked outside .
But room was clean.

Rooms are too small. Lunch/breakfast is very poor. Rs 4000 charged for room with food which is not at all worth. Same room with food you will get at 2000. Pls do not ever stay. Last booking from make my trip too. Rooms are getting at 2800 with food when asked to reception guy. Make trip looted with extra rs 1000

Absolutely disgusting hotel!
Me and family stayed here for 2 nights and I was absolutely disgusted with the rooms and hospitality services.
I've stayed at 1000s of hotels in my lifetime from Indonesia, Ethiopia, India, China, UK etc. This hotel is clearly the worst. This is definitely not a 3- or 4-star hotel like the reviews show. If I can rate it a 0, I would have. Few things I noticed during our stay.
1) Dirty bed sheets and pillows with stains.
2) Rat running around in the room. Hotel staff said quote " we'll catch it and remove them from your room. " This is not the correct answer for these issues.
3) Washroom was dirty with stains on the toilet and washroom sick.
4) Morning breakfast barely had any options.
5) At 4am someone tried opening our room door when my family was sleeping. Thankfully I was awake, I opened the door and found a person walking away from our unit.
6) Very loud noises all night in the lobby and from outside noises. Every hotel I've stayed at have sound proof windows or something to prevent outside and lobby noise.
7) No safety lock on your doors from the inside. Only one lock. This is a big safety concern from my point of view I had to put a chair in front of the doors.
The staff as well is not helpful the person I spoke to at reception didn't seem to care.
In conclusion, i don't recommended staying here and ill filling a complaint against the hotel for this.

The hotel staff is a bit on the slower side food quality was very good overall a nice experience but can be improved a lot

At night 12. 08 someone entered the room. Opened the door. When i heard the noise i check the gate, it was open. That was a horrible stay as i could not sleep due to fear. Worst hotel
