Service 5 : good and friendly Room 3-4: reasonable size, clean and comfortable. 2 issues to consider, you can’t open the window and there is fragrance smell that we didn’t use to or like, shower is clean and comfy but very low water stream )room 303) Location: Can’t say much except it’s looks remote from our point of view with limited options to dine or go out in the evening. It’s adjacent to neighborhood (se picture) that I would recommend to check before coming. We felt safe in day time. Cleanness 4-5: except of fragrance smell it was perfectly clean. It looks like wedding party resort so you may have the experience of participating one but it might be noisy as well. Overall we had good experience, and considered good value for money (5000 rupees a night)

Our family found Brijwasi Lands Inn to be a fantastic hotel. Centrally located. High quality rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Brijwasi Lands Inn. Also when we got into a peoblem, the manager Mr Pankaj personally took interest to help us out. We made a trip to Gokul Krishna temple and then some of the prists forced us into making a donation of over Rs. 1,10,000 /-. When we go back and we were exploring how to get a refund of this, Mr Pankaj actually used his personal network to get the donation refunded from the Gokul temple. I am really grateful to Mr. Pankaj and Brijwasi Lands Inn for providing timely assistance.

2 out of 3 days, there was no hot water. The facility looks ok. But the service was really good. The stay includes breakfast and it was a decent breakfast. I would qualify this as a 3 star or lower. They really tried to make the stay pleasant. Recommend this place but don’t go with too much expectation. They have good back up generator. The lights did go out often.

The rooms were very clean, the service excellent, staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was good. I can’t say much cause I just went with my family but they loved it. Most importantly, the service was always prompt. We could not get a booking for the regular rooms so we ended up taking 2 suites and they were very spacious. My husband loved the fact that there was plenty of hot water 24 hours. I strongly recommend this hotel

Worst ever experience of a hotel. Uncourteous staff…. They changed rooms after giving because they took some other booking …. Very poor rooms with shabby windows and unclean sheets…. The cleaning staff doesn’t clean everyday and ask us to call reception for additional cleaning instructions

We were on a family trip (14 people in total) and stopped at the Aura restaurant for lunch. The experience was absolutely wonderful. We were in India for 14 days total and the best meal we had was at Aura. The staff was amazing — they accommodated all of our family preferences, including family members who have severe nut allergies. They were kind and attentive and the food was excellent. The rava dosa, chili garlic noodles and chole were fantastic! It was such a great experience for our group — we highly recommend this restaurant for lunch! One of the best memories we have from our trip was having lunch here!

Choose this Hotel if You wish to Pay 3 Or 4 Star Charge but Get A DHARAMSHALA like amenities, services and atmosphere. We rented 5 Rooms for 4 Nights for a family pilgrimage. Horrible cleanliness, bugs in the room., mattresses, you can count Springs when you sleep, dirty as hell. Two days, no hot water I have pictures I’d like to upload to make a point. I am surprised Trip Adviser has highest rating.

brijwasi landstay. Cleaning and maintenance staff was very very helpful. Even in our mess, they helped us a lot. They have their other branches too. Only located near bus stand is close to gokul and this one is one the way towards vrindavan. Breakfast could be more better.
