1 all of a sudden weather got cold in mathura even after complaining repeatedly they didnt fix the problem and in the end we had to take a shower from cold water only. 2. Food was ok ok
3. There was a power cut again n again lights and ac were going off so we faced problem getting ready due to this. Rooms were good and hotel was clean enough.

First impression was good. Rooms were clean. Bedsheets were clean. Problems i faced
1) the ac was making a lot of noise. 2) they do not provide shower gel, shampoo etc. 3) there is no kitchen
4) they do not provide drinking water. I had to purchase it. 5) the most important - the water stopped all of a sudden when i was taking a bath. I had to call the reception and after 15-20 min water resumed. However the flow of water was pathetic from the starting and the spray jet in toilet was hardly of any use. However the fittings and was basins were very good quality.
