Hotel pictures which i saw was very good. Looks like very neat and clean but the staff didn’t maintain it very well. The room where i stayed was not so clean

Hotel was not cleaned upto the mark, very bad service, no telecom in the room. Mold in every room, if you are allergic to mold, then please don't book this one. We called room service for the solution of mold smell and they sent a guy with room freshner and he said that he will spray the room freshner. But how this can resolve the issue?

Stay was very nice, food was very delicious and nice location, it was also very plea-sent at night in basera restaurant we have enjoyed during stay in hotel basera, staff of hotel were very cooperative and supportive. Hotel maintained higine. Tour of mathura vrindavan was good.

dont recommend this type of hotel because management was very irresponce and hotel is not clean even bathroom tap was rusted it is marriage hall not hotel specially no led no land line phone. Please dont stay at that hotel
