Hotel is ok ok. Staff is not like the price are, no restaurant available, cleanings is the issue, not proper service.

Below are the review points.
1. The pictures which are available are old pictures. Currently the hotel is very dirty and shabby.
2. The restaurant was under renovation which was not told us earlier. And the food which we have ordered is from some other restaurant which was terrible.
3. Lift was not working properly.
4. The staff was not courteous.
5. The rooms and washroom were very dirty.
6. The hot water supply was not there in one of the two rooms which we have taken.
7. Door locks were faulty.
There are lots of other issues that were also present.

Hotel the mansion is one of the example for this. I stayed their for 2 days and restaurant is temporary closed and only one person are available for attend the guest in entire hotel. Washroom is not good and bedsheets and towels are smelling bad.

Very bad hotel pols don't stay. Food facility is not available. Furniture damage. Hotel is in under renovation.

Service is ok. Tea cups to be changed immediately. All tea cups partly cracked broken. Lift sencer is not working. Electric kettle should be provided in all rooms for warm water n instant black coffee/ tea preparation etc
