Good property, rooms are neat and clean but very old look. Clean washroom. No restaurant breakfast served in room

Bad experience and not a convenient location. To start with location is not in a good area, secondly washroom had broken toilet seat cover, which was not rectified and they did not even change the room for us. Fan had so much dust as if it had not been cleaned for months. They somehow cleaned it but, still it improved from worse to bad. Their chair was bitten by rats and was very clumsy. Also our booking was with food and they did not had any ready buffet for dinner and they asked us to order. While ordering food, they had very little options, plus it took almost an hour and a half before they finally served. The food served was cold, so did not enjoy a bit. In fact we actually thought of changing the hotel in the middle of night, but as we were to leave early at 6.00 in the morning, so dropped the idea.

Clean Rooms Quick service all amenities are present but what we loved is the huge pool they have really loved it here they make us feel like we are with family food was great cooked according to our instructions as we wanted something which was not in their menu still the staff was helpful with that also.

helpful peeps!! we reached early at hotel before check in at around 5 in the morning but the staff was super cooperative and understanding they helped us with early check in without any extra cost!! Highly recommend.

Too much noise outside of room in night. Bad room. Dirty washroom. Not worthy hotel. Bad service. Not provide any welcome drink and average food
