The accommodation offers well-appointed rooms and a pleasant ambiance, providing a generally positive experience in terms of quality. However, issues arose with the staff, which were notably unprofessional. For instance, a charge of 1500 INR was applied for a three-year-old child, which we initially agreed to. Despite this, we faced repeated interruptions until 11 PM regarding the submission of a photo ID. Furthermore, the 10 AM checkout policy was quite strict, and we were denied a simple request for a one-hour extension, despite the fact that a large portion of the property appeared to be unoccupied at the time. Potential guests should be cautious about these practices, especially if booking through services like Cleartrip. Overall, while the rooms and ambiance are commendable, the staff's behavior may detract from the overall experience.

Property is not maintained properly.
Rooms flooring is worst. So cleanliness is not good.
Very poor water supply in bathroom.

Rather book your stay in Neral, Karjat than Adamo
A single charging point in a room for two. Phone connection does not work. For everything you have to physically go to the reception desk and talk. Reception desk does not have a key person for 24/7 help. No hot water in the bathroom and neither do they help you out when you report of unavailability of hot water. No WiFi in the resort. Only reception desk has WiFi. Charges are very high just for the spacious room and being located in the heart of Matheran. No convenience to guests in terms of luggage transport to Dasturi. You are on your own here. All that glitters is not Gold is how I would describe Adamo.

Very bad quality hotel of adamo the village. Room service was very poor. Mattress quality was too bad. In bathroom no hot water for bath. Also breakfast test was not good. I suggested don't book in adamo the village.

Hot water was not there room service phone was not working although food was very delicious but costly too like for 1 person rs. 650
