Monkeys have spoiled our experience of stay, we stayed in fear of monkeys there. Room service is not good, this is the second time we stayed there but not going next time for sure as they have not maintained the resort at all

1 star for the safety and security, there was no gate keeper, no security, anyone anytime entering in the property without checking or observation.

This was my first visit to adamo the village, and the experience was unexpected in the best way. The stay was perfect, with excellent cleanliness and prompt service. The complimentary breakfast was particularly tasty. Overall, this was the best place to stay in matheran.

Very worst stay. Booked this hotel as premium category but they denied the check in and alternative accommodation was terrible. Almost 2 hours of long wait they assigned room which was not able to fit our group and category degraded from ac to non ac rooms with very worst maintained. Manager behaviour was so rude.

When we booked the hotel it was mentioned as a free extra bed mattress, but on reaching the hotel staff denied and asked us to pay for that. For almost 2 hrs after having a talk with makemytrip and hotel management we were allowed to check-in. It could have been much clearer before.

Hygiene should have been maintained. 1. All floor mats and area around was not clean
2. Washroom had all around mud
3. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean
4. Even asking for hot water service before check in it never came to my tap. Proper supervision was not done before handing over for check in by hotel staff. Definitely will not recommend
