This used to be a nice and reliable place. Nowadays they focus on ngo groups for meetings. They don't care much anymore about individual travellers. We got a confirmed reservation for a cottage but on arrival was told they were full. A shame really.

When we arrived they informed us that they did not have the rooms that I had reserved so they took us to another cheaper, not as nice hotel with no hot water. We paid more for our rooms which we did NOT get than the rooms cost at the new hotel. And did not get a refund.
