The rooms were very basic with no phone or internet. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not serviced, basics coffee and tea were not replenished. The menu in the evening was a series of strike off items with the selection being very basic and expensive. After the 1st night we eat at the Territory Homestead where there were 2 specials each night and a variety of other meals

we stayed as a group in two rooms at the motel. the mattresses were in a very poor state and obviously needed replacing. they were so bad that you could feel the wooden base clearly which resulted in a terrible night's sleep for all. the staff were not particularly friendly and there was no breakfast available. will never stay here again or recommend it to others

Our unit here was just what we needed for a one night stay, simple yet comfortable. Bathroom, AC, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and outdoor furniture. Also a swimming pool but no wifi. 2.2km from the Bitter Springs, easily walked if required. The on site restaurant and bar well worth a visit, the food was great, thank you.

Territory Manor is a gem in Mataranka! The hospitality is fantastic, and the grounds and facilities are always well maintained. It’s my go-to whenever I’m in the area. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoy the bistro, too. It’s true outback hospitality at its best. I always feel very safe as a solo traveller, and this place caters to everyone – from families to grey nomads.

Great location with amazing food onsite restaurant! Loved the amazing pool facilities! BEST showers hot and cold working! Easy drive to the local thermal pools for an enjoyable swim and back to enjoy the pool was amazing with the family! Iceblocks, drinks and food were amaziny priced! This is a hidden gem in the NT. Great non powered camp sites!
