Las monitoras de por la mañana lo han hecho muy bien, muy simpáticas y atentas. Nos lo han hecho pasar muy bien. Nos han enseñado a bailar, los juegos estaban muy bien y la gimnasia. Estupenda experiencia, sin duda nos gustaría repetir por todo, pero por ellas más aún

Hotel un poco dejado, las paredes de las habitaciones sucias...vamos negras, espejos del baño deteriorados, lámparas de la.mesitas de noche con óxido, muebles deteriorados, las camas malas y viejas..cualquier chabola tiene mejor camas, los marcos de las puertas rotos, las mantas de las camas viejas y rotas. Un hotel de 4 estrellas que te soplan más de 170€ por una noche y deja mucho que desear, el bufete muy poca variedad de comida, las máquinas de agua y café rotas en pleno servicio......en fin para mí un hotel muy caro que no se ajusta a lo que a lo que es un 4 estrellas ni de lejos.

El hotel es bastante grande, las habitaciones me gustaron sobre todo por la terraza, no tanto las vistas, por qué lo primero que ves es una piscina vacía y desaliñada. Por lo demás bien. La comida poca variedad, en realidad muy pobre. Lo mejor el desayuno. El personal de 10 quitando a una trabajadora del buffet, que con sus miradas y comentarios asía una persona por su físico.no me pareció bien su actitud, miradas y risas , no deberían tener personas así cara al público.eso dice bastante de ella. Destacar en grande a esas animadoras MARIA Y NAYARA un 10 por ellas se lo curran bastante y su paciencia con los mayores me encanta, son buenas en su trabajo y excelentes personas. Más personas como ellas .

Es el último hotel de la playa de Matalascañas en sentido Cádiz, lo que hace muy agradable la estancia en la playa, que suele estar ocupada por clientes del hotel y poco más. Se agradece que a pocos metros esté el entorno de Doñana. En cuanto al hotel y aunque es verdad que el los últimos ha sufrido varias remodelaciones, en mi opinión sigue teniendo ciertos aspectos a mejorar. La gastronomía del hotel es correcta, las piscinas aunque concurridas en verano son aceptables y el gimnasio es está muy bien equipado. Se accede a la playa (5 min. andando) por un camino que sale del lateral del hotel. Buen hotel, pero quizá le sobra una estrella. Eso sí, relación calidad-precio de lo mejor de Matalascañas.

Viaje del imserso a finales de octubre, 1.- Habitación bastante bien, un poco antigua pero funcional. 2.- Hotel con servicios y decoracion adecuados. 3.- Comida bufet aceptable. 4.- Entorno para pasera por la playa. 5.- Muchos sitios para visitar en los alrededores, Aracena, Sevilla, Cadiz, Huelva...

Férias em família agradáveis.
Bom hotel de férias de praia em família. A/C a meu ver deficitário nos quartos. A internet Wi-Fi do hotel não funciona e a da Vodafone é muito fraquinha. Em geral boas condições de acomodamento e comida agradável. Colaboradores muito simpáticos, inclusivé tinham duas Portuguesas estagiárias a trabalhar na recepção o que facilita muito a comunicação. O parque de estacionamento é demasiado caro e sem alternativas.

Foi uma estadia agradável
O hotel é bom, tem muita animação tanto para crianças como para adultos . Os empregados são simpáticos. O Wi-Fi é muito mau mesmo . E ter uma piscina grande em manutenção não é muito simpático para os hóspedes em termos estéticos apesar de ter outra piscina em funcionamento. Hotel necessitava de uma remodelação . Mas no geral foi agradável.

Aparte de que necesita un buen lavado de cara, al menos en las habitaciones, el hotel no debería estar abierto si no lo mantienen en condiciones. Una de las piscinas llena de agua ya verde sin mantenimiento ninguno , vale que no se utilicen ya en estas fechas pero la zona exterior del hotel es de pena. Y sobre la comida es impropia de un hotel de 4 estrellas, apenas variedad y lo poco que comimos no estaba ni bueno, no me creo que un arroz pueda estar tan malo, una decepción total el buffet. Solo se salva la ubicación del hotel, la cercanía a la playa y la tranquilidad
