nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans cet endroit, et même plus que prévu par opportunité car trouver un logement à la campagne n'était guère facile autour de Lucca en ce moment-là. L'hotel, dans un ancien couvent, a une magnifique terrasse, piscine, jardin. Excellente literie dans une chambre confortable, mais sans plus. Volets fermant mal donc difficile d'occulter Par contre immense déception pour le service, quasi inexistant. Un gérant pas du tout prévenant, saluant à peine ses clients Petit déjeuner peu gourmand, ne mettant même pas les produits locaux en évidence. Il fallait toujours aller trouver ce fameux monsieur pour redemnder ou du pain, ou de remettre en route la machine à café,... Pas ou peu de personnel (les dames arrivaient en fin de petit déjeuner). On sent qu'on fait des économies sur tout (linge de lit pas changé êndant 5 nuits malgré la chaleur) Nous n'avons pris qu'un seul repas, qui était banal, cher et pas bien fait

Vue et terrasse magnifiques... Mais quel triste hotel ! Vieillot, mais cela pourrait avoir du charme Par contre, le personnel est franchement désagréable (sauf les femmes de chambre). Le gérant à l'accueil est transparent, ne dit ni bonjour ni bonsoir et est inefficace (sauf au moment de l'addition) et est bougon Le petit déjeuner est très pauvre et n'est fait que de produits préfabriqués. Comme il n'y a pas de personnel (qui arrive après...), il faut chaque fois aller chercher le gérant s'il manque de quelque chose, une fois le pain (servi en toute petite quantité), une fois le café... Evitez le restaurant, franchement mauvais et cher pour cette cuisine de cantine Malgré nos 5 jours, pas de changement de linge Nous y sommes restés par commodité mais ne le conseillerons jamais Je note aussi que des avis similaires étaient déjà donnés il y a 7-8 ans, et que rien n'a été changé. Preuve que la direction s'en fout

We stayed in the big house with 5 bedrooms (one was closed). Whole house was reserved for us. House itself was recently renovated and excellent for our purposes. All the services needed available. Pool is small but ok for us. Location is great, high on the hill with impressive view. You need a car here as there is no bicycles available and the house is pretty far from all services.
