Some staff members are not welcoming! Especially one lady! She always seems overwhelmed! When I report a problem in the room, she tells me that I have to go downstairs myself, even though it was a mistake on the part of the hotel! When we ask her a question, she quickly seems defensive and overwhelmed! She asks indiscreet questions like would I be alone? I still find this kind of question inappropriate, especially if I arrive alone! I am used to taking the Hilton chain and unfortunately this is the first time that I feel uncomfortable in a hotel that I paid for! For the rest, the hotel is impeccable! Too bad for this negative point!
