Lovely, clean hotel. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Car park is great, especially as included in the price. Great location, not far from the city centre.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff we met were exceptional, especially Maeva. Our room was clean and the breakfast was great. Even though the hotel is near Orly airport, our room was well soundproofed and we slept well. There is a Hippopotamus restaurant and Burger King nearby, including a Lidl supermarket, all within a short walking distance. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. In terms of security, the hotel has a secure car park. Getting to central Paris takes approximately an hour and 15 mins on public transport. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

Very disappointed and left unnerved
Unfortunately I had an incident where upon the second day of my stay, I returned to my room and noticed someone had opened my bag of sweets. Since it seemed petty, I did not report it. However on the third day of my stay, I went back to my room and someone had continued to help themselves to my sweets.
I therefore reported the matter immediately. I was met by the hotel manager, Cynthia, the following morning who told me they would deal with the matter and apologised and offered my 2 bags of sweets as compensation. At the time I was taken aback by this gesture but upon reflection, I did return them after my day at work.
Whilst I did receive an email from the manager acknowledging the situation at the time, a week on and o have not heard anything further. Along with the fact that I did not receive any proper compensation and was left feeling very unnerved, I would not recommend this hotel. A shame as it is perfectly situated for my work, the breakfast was superb and reception staff very welcome.

All services were great, staff were courteous, and room was quiet, warm and comfortable. Travelled with two small dogs, relatively cheap pet fee, and so quiet in room, no stranger-danger barking at all.

Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute cet hotel en nous basant sur les avis google. Malheureusement, l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. La chambre avait une odeur nauséabonde, mélange entre odeur de pieds et égouts. Les murs étaient tellement fins que l'on a eu droit aux ronflements du voisin (un vrai tracteur !) toute la nuit et ce, malgré les boules quiés. Literie de mauvaise qualité. Le petit déjeuner était famélique, avec très peu de choix, des produits secs et peu encourageant. Les produits étaient éparpillés çà et là, une partie sur le bar, vers le comptoir, d'autre produits dans un frigo qui tenait en équilibre sur une étagère, etc. Gros problème d'organisation. Les tables étaient sales et collantes, les sièges étaient défoncés, avec des trous énormes. Le personnel ne semble pas pleinement investit et semble seulement faire acte de présence. Point positif : parking sécurisé, fermé la nuit. Proximité de l'aéroport d'Orly, restaurants à proximité également.

Nahe Orly, gut gelegen. Ruhig Restaurants in der Nähe.
Zimmer war angenehm gross, Bett komfortabel. Frühstück war gut gemäss Preis/Leistung.
