Very disappointed and left unnerved
Unfortunately I had an incident where upon the second day of my stay, I returned to my room and noticed someone had opened my bag of sweets. Since it seemed petty, I did not report it. However on the third day of my stay, I went back to my room and someone had continued to help themselves to my sweets.
I therefore reported the matter immediately. I was met by the hotel manager, Cynthia, the following morning who told me they would deal with the matter and apologised and offered my 2 bags of sweets as compensation. At the time I was taken aback by this gesture but upon reflection, I did return them after my day at work.
Whilst I did receive an email from the manager acknowledging the situation at the time, a week on and o have not heard anything further. Along with the fact that I did not receive any proper compensation and was left feeling very unnerved, I would not recommend this hotel. A shame as it is perfectly situated for my work, the breakfast was superb and reception staff very welcome.

This was an overnight stay with the hotel selected primarily for location. It ticked all our boxes, and the young lady working reception/bar/food was very good.

Une nuit d'amour qui tourne au cauchemar
J'ai réservé une chambre simple avec un lit double, on m'a dabord proposé une chambre avec deux petitsvlits je suis retourné voir à l'accueil et on m'a changé de chambre, j'ai juste vu le lit et je suis parti chercher ma conjointe pour une surprise car c'était son anniversaire. Après le restaurant nous arrivons à l'hôtel et quelle nuit! Une horreur au moment faire nos galipettes, les photos ci joints en disent long.

Chambre très propre et calme
Hôtel très calme et bien situé près de l'aéroport d'Orly. Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit. La personne à l'accueil nous a très très accueillis : il était vraiment sympathique et agréable. La chambre est suffisamment spatieuse pour une nuit et très propre.
