Room was clean and quiet.
Breakfast was good and they actually left the food out until the time they said breakfast ended rather than packing it up 10 minutes early. The breakfast staff was even kind enough to ask us if we wanted anything else before they started putting the food away.
The complimentary day passes to the Massillon Rec Center were great, also. It was a very short drive or walk away, and the aquatic center, gym, and exercise room there were a nice amenity.

During our almost one week stay we had to switch rooms not because anything was wrong but because we had to switch over to a handicap room for my father. Cuz my reservations originally did not have one. Miss Patricia was so helpful and helping us out and keeping housekeeping informed that we will be transferring over to another room. And even when just a little maintenance issue was wrong with the new room she got it taken care of with maintenance. Pretty darn quickly. Very impressed and I've always been impressed with this property over the years and so glad that they have gotten it. Remodeled that's very impressive.

Chose this Hampton due to previous stays at other Hampton Inns. It was as expected, nice amenities, clean, comfortable and with wonderful staff. I had two issues that I had never encountered at any other Hampton Inn. I was put off by the parking facilities. The parking signage was confusing and I had to go around the building several times to try and figure out where I, a non handicapped person, was supposed to park. I got annoyed and just picked one. By my third try, I found the entrance. The entrance to the building could have been much better indicated. Later that evening when we returned from dinner, there were children riding scooters and skate boards up and down the parking lot ramp and around in the lot. I was worried about damage to my new truck. The other issue was the breakfast offerings. My significant other said what was there (biscuits and gravy) was delicious but I was looking forward to eggs and bacon like I had at other Hamptons. I was disappointed. I would probably stay at this Hampton again due to its proximity to where I needed to go and the comfort of my room. (The bed was wonderful and I slept like a baby!)
