Recommended for a mountain vacation
Wonderful renovated bathroom ＜3
Very nice, welcoming owners - felt at home and well taken care of. Good breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. Good location for hikes. We were very grateful that we could bring our two dogs with us.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer selbst sind groß und geräumig. Das Bad war neu renoviert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir waren auch abends im Restaurant essen und das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Super gastvrij, heerlijk geslapen in alle rust mooi uitzicht en een heerlijk ontbijt met zelfgebakken notenbrood. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader als je (een deel) van de Rennsteig gaat lopen of gewoon een goed hotel zoekt in een mooi natuurgebied.

Wir waren während unseres Aufenthaltes in Masserberg einige Male im Restaurant zum Abendessen. Von der Ortsmitte ist das Restaurant in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und das Haus sieht von außen erstmal ganz normal aus. Innen ist es ganz modern und ganz toll eingerichtet und eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Es gibt ein sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen, natürlich viel Thüringer Küche, sehr leckere Salate und auch ein Steakkarte und nun zur Spargelzeit eine tolle Spargelkarte. Der Service ist sehr nett und absolut kompetent und wir haben ganz lecker gegessen. Deswegen waren wir auch mehrmals dort, weil wir viele diverse Gerichte probieren wollten und alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und Preis- Leistung ist absolut angemessen.
