Check in Rezeption um 18 Uhr niemand.
Nach 10 Minuten habe ich im Restaurant gefragt, ob jemand für den Check In verantwortlich ist.
Dann kam endlich jemand!!
Die Dusche hat keine Türe.
Das Spritzwasser ist im ganzen Badezimmer.
Schade
Sehr schöne Umgebung
Leider kommt das Management nicht der Verantwortung nach, was Service bedeutet

So war alle okay. Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer war waz in die Jahre gekommen. TV ist auch nicht mehr so ganz neu. Die Sauna war nicht schlecht, aber für die Hotelgröße zu klein.

Nicht noch einmal !
Wir waren zum Glück nur zwei Tage da ! Für 4 Sterne hätten wir was besseres erwartet . Das Zimmer war sehr nostalgisch , unsauber im Nassbereich und die Matratzen waren sehr hart . Frühstück war gut und ausreichend aber Abendessen nur so lala ( Salatbuffet mit Vorspeisen nicht des Geldes wert .
Wir kommen nicht wieder .

Bellissimo hotel con personale veramente in gamba ,eravamo un bel gruppo di motociclisti Honda da tutta Europa e ci siamo veramente divertiti. Colazioni ottime e BBQ eccezionale Camera comoda ed ampia,tanto spazio e parcheggio grandissimo Se passate a Masserberg dovete fermarvi qui! Stefano
